Professional Experience -  I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent and REALTOR® member since 1979.  I have been the Broker/Owner of Sherry Walter Real Estate since 1993.   I am a 29-year resident of Buffalo, Wyoming, and I appreciate the wonderful people and small-community atmosphere here

Professional Education Designations - I earned the Graduate of REALTORS® Institute (GRI) and prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designee (CRS). I acquired my Broker’s license in 1981.  I have been active in the Buffalo Board of REALTORS® and the Wyoming Association of REALTORS® since 1979 by serving as the local board president and director,  regional vice-president as well as chairperson on various local and state committees.  The Buffalo Board of REALTORS® has twice-honored me with their REALTOR® of the Year award. I have also received the honor of being  the Wyoming CRS REALTOR® of the Year.

I have called Wyoming my home for more than 30 years with the last seven being in Buffalo. Both of my children graduated from High School in Buffalo with my daughter also graduating from a Wyoming College and I myself graduating from the University of Wyoming. My wife LeeAnn works at a local bank in Buffalo which greatly helps me keep track of the market in the area. I obtained my Real Estate License for Wyoming in 2005 and am a member of both the Wyoming and National Association of REALTORS®. For the time I have lived in Buffalo I have been a phone and cable technician and am very familiar with most homes and property throughout Johnson County and some of Sheridan County. During this time my wife and I also began buying and selling property all over the country and we formed our own business to manage our transactions. As a Sales Associate at Sherry Walter Real Estate, I am committed to full time interest in Real Estate and assisting individuals and companies with the purchase and sale of homes, lots, acreage, recreational and commercial property.
